I would love to be able to take care of the problem when I have the time, not to mention the money to do it. That’s where Nikkel Holistic Skincare comes into play. They offer an in-home microdermabrasion kit. The whole idea behind these products are to remove old, tired skin cells to reveal the healthier ones beneath. It is done in a two step process. Here’s this mornings findings.

I washed my face, rinsed and blotted dry. Now comes the use of jar number one… containing the medical grade corundum crystals. Gingerly, I scooped out a little ( it looks just like face cream and applied a tiny amount… the company suggests a small pea size amount for each section of your skin. I probably used less because I have super sensitive skin and was a bit worried.

*Okay the stuff does irritate your skin a little bit. I suppose that means that it is working and sure enough, I began to notice these little clumps of stuff in the area I was working on. (You have 5 areas of your face… work on each separately) When this happens, you are instructed to rinse them off.

*Blot face, leaving area damp to the touch and then add a thin layer from jar number 2. It feels really good by the way.

*After procedure, skin still tingling. Will keep an eye on skin to see how it reacts to products.

I will continue with the updates as I work my way through the product samples received. Just hope that I don’t run out too soon. I’m really curious to see how my skin reacts to this product!
