Ruffles came back in a big way – in shoes, handbags, dresses and especially blouses. It was great to see feminine, romantic fashions at the forefront. With all the menswear-inspired designs early in the year, girls could be girls again in ruffles.
Patent Leather Bags
Well really, patent leather anything – shoes, belts and especially bags. Glossy patent leather adds luxury and shine to any outfit. Hopefully patent is big in 2009 as well.

From what I’ve been reading this morning, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are looking at nurseries again and this time the color of choice is… blue! And one account mentions the figure $45,000! That has the makings of one gorgeous nursery !

I just had to check out Barneys and then the cosmetic department (of course) because I just heard that this is one of the favorite haunts of a certain Katie that we have been following lately!
I don’t have any finishing powder at the moment… hmmm. I wonder how I can budget for this little item? Unfortunately, I don’t have Katie Holmes’ bank balance.
