I have to admit, the first thing I noticed was those girls. I can’t do that!! I’m lucky if I could stretch my leg up to the door knob. Man, I must be out of shape. Sit ups and stair climbing just doen’t cut it for leg muscle stretching, I guess…!! I wonder what kind of exercises you need to do to get your leg to get up that high??
