It’s supposed to be -17 tonight and I’m thinking all things tropical… can you blame me? So today’s find is by one of my favorite companies… Lush. It’s a deodorant powder, but I would be quite happy to use it as a bath powder. Just something about the scent of coconuts! I have tried just about all of Lush’s other body powders… I think this one is next.

I had so much fun spending mine last year, I thought that I would take a look to see what Lush is up to. There’s just soooo many goodies to choose from, I don’t know where to start. So, the gift card to the rescue. (*still hoping that I get one tomorrow when we exchange gifts with my son) Anyway, it’s worth considering if you have someone on your gift list who likes all things Lush. If you have been wearing flip flops all summer long, chances are that your feet are going to need something like this. There’s that little thing about hard skin that really isn’t all that attractive, but it’s just part of summer if you don’t keep on top of it. I discovered Lush several years ago in Vancouver, British Columbia. We were visiting my in-laws and since I had a mother-in-law who could shop me under the table, she introduced me to some amazing products. So,  I have her to thank for my love of all things… Lush!!

I would highly recommend hitting your nearest Lush store and taking a sniff. You are either going to love the scent or hate it. Me, I love it. But then again I always love products that are just a wee bit quirky!
And just in case you are wondering, the scent is a light mixture of lavender, rose petals and ground almonds. I can’t see how anyone could not like that combination, but hey, you just never know and I did just give you a really good reason to hit the mall didn’t I!!
