How absolutely beautiful is this Lilly Pulitzer Jubilee Lolly Dress. The turquoise and orange print details are delightful to the eyes. It’s very playful yet so girly chic. I bet she’d be begging you to wear this dress now even if it’s dead winter outside .

I guess she could wear tights underneath the dress and a coat over it for now. Such a playful and colorful tank top and petticoat from Kaiya Eve, no? This is a perfect birthday outfit. She’ll get even more attention that she deserves.
