While I am the first to admit I have a slight addiction to frilly underthings, I couldn’t resist sharing my latest find!
Among my holiday loot was a gift card to Mandee, and for the last few months, the card has been burning a hole in my wallet.

As I have a terminal fascination with all things polka dot, I instantly fell in love with the Shabby Chic Skirt from DownEast Basics.
It has an Anthropologie feel – at an almost Target price. (It retails for under $30!)
My question: What will I wear with it? I don’t want to overdo the pattern, and am envisioning it with a white tank and strappy white/black heels. What do you think?

Armed with my latte, a Loehmann’s gift card, and a 15% off birthday coupon, I collected my mom and we descended upon the early morning neighborhood after-Christmas sales.
