After so many years of sitting in front of a computer… okay it hasn’t been all that long, but it seems to be enough to warrant taking up Yoga and at the end of my session, I am supposed to relax into the Corpse pose… a position that is a lot better than it sounds. I just finished the PM version of this video. I only have a 2 o’clock slot to work with so I use the time allotted me. I highly recommend it if you really dislike exercising. (That’s definitely me) So for you moms with little kids… the minute they go down for their nap, put it on the video. And you thought that fishbowls were boring. Now this one couldn’t be further from boring and I think would be something for the college student away for the first time. You did know that you can train goldfish right??
And just in case you are wondering… these bowls come in medium, large and extra large size. Actually, I think that it would be kind of relaxing to have one sitting on my desk. Not sure how much work I would get done, but it would be cool to sit and watch him!
