Actually it’s Sister Sam Umbrella Beach Dress. Pretty Cute eh? I’m loving the tiers of rainbow colors with white trim. The colors remind me of popsickles. Hence, the title . I was going to say it’s a simple beach summer dress but with colors like these, simple is the last word we’d use to describe this dress. Buy it at Neiman Marcus.
