As I’m packing, I’m trying to find a way to adapt my outfits for every potential situation, and I realized this is the optimum opportunity to embrace the art of layering.
When we layer our favorite tops, tanks, sweaters, and jackets, it gives way more versatility to “out of season” pieces – and helps us to be prepared no matter what may happen! And it’s also a great way to be creative, and create totally new looks out …read more

Is your man cold?
Many are. But if it’s simply a clothing issue, I found a way to warm them up.
Right now, Bloomies (which you may know as Bloomingdales, for the less-intimate), is having their Men’s Sweater Sale.
Tons of styles, from the casual to the cashmere are on sale for 30% off. And the sale lasts until 11/22 – which practically carries you through Thanksgiving! Plus, if you are a cardholder and spend $150 or more, you get free shipping too!
Now, if your man’s icy chill has nothing to do with the lack of cashmere, that I sadly can’t help you …read more

Cardigans are staple pieces in every woman’s fall wardrobe. From fitted cropped cardigans to slouchy boyfriend cardigans, you can find these cozy sweaters in all shapes, colors and styles. Recently, I came across this pretty red knit cardigan at Neiman Marcus.

You can tell that it’s getting colder where I live because I’m drawn to all things warm these days.
And if it just should happen to warm up during the day, you can lose the sweater. But, I’m not holding my breath. If anything, I will probably be using the hood. No, I really don’t like the cold weather!!
Now I just checked out the other color that this sweater comes in and I think that I just might want that one too. Just can’t have too many!

I really liked the idea of leggings, for the sheer comfort of them, but I really hadn’t spotted a way to wear them that I really liked. Until now! I love this look. I even like the flats that go with them!
