Working out in the dead of summer can leave you feeling all but pretty. Your hair flops, your skin’s a grease pit…and speaking of pits, yours smell like a swine.
What to do? Freshen up!
Hair: If you don’t have time to shampoo, sprinkle a tiny amount of baby powder or a specially-formulated hair powder to absorb some of the oils. Bonus: your hair gets a boost of light scent.
