Thieves Steal Purses

“Plano police said they are searching for a pair of thieves who have been stealing designer purses from stores.
Investigators said the crimes are well planned out, with a getaway driver pulling up to the doors of Foley’s and Dillards in a red Dodge Dakota pickup truck. The thieves stole designer purses in less than a minute, polices aid.”
The article didn’t say how much the purses were worth other than the fact that the dozen purses were worth in total more than a thousand dollars. Do these two simply have a thing for purses or was it done as a dare? This takes the term “shopaholics” to a whole new level!
Designer purses? At Dillards? Heh, maybe if you consider Liz Claiborne “designer”…
Who knows what was going through their minds.
