I got one of these for Christmas with hopes of improving my posture while sitting behind a desk. Am I the only one who tends to slouch as the day goes by?? Anyway, I did what they suggested… just a few minutes at a time, increasing how long I balanced myself and I already I can feel the difference. But what I didn’t expect was how many different exercises can be done using the ball. Packed along with the pump, was a wall chart. I just might get that skinnier waistline this year after all!
