My latest favorite contender on the torn jeans scene is Jet Jeans…and I’m willing to give up ice cream to fit into a pair of my very own.

I also love to wear jeans with a hot pair of heels – it seems to make the difference between messy and casually classy!
Jeans are a huge staple in my wardrobe, a great pair of torn jeans can be as well. Distressed denim is HUGE this summer, if worn right – and a pair that makes your butt look great can be an instant first-date staple, too.
Readers have been mentioning that in times of recession, they are a little squeamish about spending upwards of $150 on a pair of jeans – I feel that. BUT let me say that I’ve had $20 jeans that have lasted a few washings – and pricier jeans that have lasted me years. Sometimes, like handbags, certain items are nothing short of an investment!
I hear people say once you buy a great (reaD: expensive) pair of jeans, you never go back! That they are really worth the cost….
