Forget the sweet, good-girl look of everyone’s favorite Hero, Hayden Panettiere. Girl got all dolled up for this Netflix soiree, and well, I hate it. Like, totally, totally hate it.
Here’s the thing: I’m all about change and adventure and experimentation in the fashion department. But sometimes, if something’s working damn well for you, you ought just to stick with it. And to see H.P. go all crazy with the black and the mini and the red lips and the super-sleek hair…it’s just exasperating. She’s clearly trying too hard to be different, and that, my dahlings, I have a hard time getting on board with.
Now, it’s no secret I adore Hay-Hay’s style. Gawd knows I’ve had many glowing reviews of her on this fabulous blog. But this time, she has, oh how shall I put it…fucked up? Yeah, fucked up. That works. She’s fucked up, and although I’m sure it’s temporary (Jeezus, let’s hope) it was a dandy I’ll not soon forget. Blech.
