Ashley Greene’s Jacket Is A Poor Fit

I really and truly would like to love this outfit Ashley Greene is wearing to a Twilight fan party at Berlin E-Week (yes, they have an E-week…who knew?). Given how truly unsavvy her castmate Kristin Stewart is when it comes to fashion, it would please me greatly to award Ashley with the “more stylish than a girl who wears Converse Allstars on the red carpet” award. It should be in the bag…right?
But unfortunately, while Ashley has made good choices when picking each element for this ensemble, her jacket is a sad no-no because of a little thing called fit. Maybe her torso is too short for this jacket off the rack. Maybe it’s a size too big. Maybe no one thought to have Ashley try it on before she made her way over to Berlin E-week (I’m still marveling at this idea…).
The end result, no matter what the catalyst, is that Ashley Greene looks pretty…but awkward and bulky around her middle. Clearly this is not a bulky girl, so the jacket deserves some serious recognition for being able to add ten pounds that don’t actually exist onto her pretty little frame.
