Why so blue, Hil? Can we chat for a minute about what’s going on here with that skirt and those cowboy boots? I think you might be confused about whether there is or isn’t a dude ranch nearby in Toluca Lake. You see, while I’m totally all for the new and improved re-curvi-fied Hilary Duff, I don’t feel like you’re doing yourself justice here. The skirt is a little bit too peasant-esque and the boots are just silly for a sweltering California afternoon. No qualms here with the simple black tank top, but everything else must go my dear…
