Katie Holmes continually amazes me with her fashion choices. Sometimes she gets is so wrong and then there’s other times like yesterday, when I can see why she is a fashion icon. You may not agree with that statement – that she’s a fashion icon – but she is.
When Katie wears something, it flies off of the shelves the next day. Remember those boyfriend jeans that she hasn’t worn in awhile? Well, everyone was buying and wearing those…except for me. I put my foot down when it comes to boyfriend jeans. Nuh-uh, no way, no how would I ever wear those.
Yesterday, November 12th, Katie was seen heading back to her New York apartment in an outfit that I have fallen in love with. She wore a winter white knit hat, white belted sweater, skinny jeans (yay for skinny jeans!) and some killer, awesome, to die for black boots. Katie Holmes looks amazing!

I’m sort of underwhelmed, I guess? I mean, I’m not sure where she is going, and maybe that would help. This is how I dress to go to the doctor or run errands. I don’t love the height on her boot either. I like the belted sweater – she looks nice and “put together”, as my Mom would say
I also have bought neither “boyfriend” jeans nor skinny jeans – skinny jeans are crazy attire – they give supermodels saddlebags! I am sooooooooooo never going there! I heart my bootcuts!!
I love the belted sweater look, even though I own zero in my closet! And I have to agree with amy lynn – my wardrobe is all about the boot cut jeans
@amy lynn and nikki – yep, bootcuts are my favorite, but I did buy my first pair of skinny jeans to go with these boots I just bought. I love them!
