I can’t resist…it’s just too easy. Twilight’s Kristen Stewart looks like the poster child for hot mess Hollywood trainwrecks and yet there are actually young fans that are defending her..? Give your head a shake, girls. There is no excuse, twisted ankle or not for this kind of devastatingly poor display of red carpet etiquette.
Ballet flats. Those would have worked. A hair brush. That might have been a good idea. Basically if she just eliminated every single aspect of this outfit and started from scratch (with the guidance of a trained professional – you know, one of those people they call “stylists”) then maybe Kristen wouldn’t have looked like a junkie that mistakenly stumbled onto the red carpet while looking for her next fix.
You’re a lovely young girl, Kristen. All the potential in the world. Do yourself a favor and wait until you’re 21 before you try to dress yourself for a public appearance again.

I think the converse look awesome, just not for the red carpet. There’s nothing wrong with the dress and the hair, she looks ruffled and sexy and generally Kristen.
