Dahlings! Why wasn’t someone good enough to tell me that Mandy Moore was related to Jolly Green…Giant, that is? I mean, holy hell, this girlfriend looks behemoth next to Jessica Simpson. Even her head looks gigantic. Very odd. I am quite disturbed by this revelation. But, perhaps I’ll manage.
In other news, these girls sure are sportin’ some Girls, aren’t they? We all knew that Jess had a magnificent set, but Mandy? Again, with the surprises.
Oh, and FYI, this photo was taken at the 11th Annual ACE Awards on Monday, where Ms. MongoHead, er, Mandy, scored a win for Fashion Innovator. Who knew? Her dress looks pretty blah to me. But Jess looks superfine – way better than we’ve seen her in a while. Classy for once, but still super-sexy.
And not giant.
Christ Almighty. I had noooo idea either that she was so….um.. big–and I’m talking height here. While we’re at it, where the hell did the extra ‘boobage’ come from???

The more I analyze this photo, dahlings, the more I am starting to think Mandy looks like she wants to eat us. Really. Doesn’t she look wicked ready to carve us up and feast? Creepy.
I suppose that would explain why she’s such a giant though, wouldn’t it? She eats people. Huh. Who knew?

Lord knows that the camera adds 10lbs or so, but does it also had 10 inches in height and to her ta-ta’s? If so, poor Jess is in trouble!

Or maybe it is the camera angle. Dear Gawd, I don’t know, but Girlfriend’s sure as hell suddenly rivaling Mini-Jess in the bazonga department. Ack.
it doesn’t help that jessica’s a shrimp. mandy is very tall- i believe she’s about 5′10″, whereas jessica is closer to like 5′4″

Yes, I remember the day I found out Jess was a pipsqueak like moi. I was thrilled to think how presh I’d look with Nick if I were ever to steal him from her. I decided against it, however. I’m so nice.
Truly, I had no idea Mandy was so fargin’ tall. Maybe because I don’t like her much (it’s that whole she-kissed-Adrian-Grenier-on-Entourage jealousy rearing it’s ugly head again thing) and I don’t care to know much about her at all. But now that I do know, my life’s complete.
She’s 5′9″. Yes, she’s tall, but she’s not a giant. Is someone insecure about her height? Jess is 5′3″ and a dimwitted bubblehead, so fuck off the smart, normal, tall girls, eh?
Moore is 5′10″, actually. Simpson is in the 5′2″-5′3″ range. Moore isn’t a giant — it’s just that she’s standing next to a much shorter person, but honestly, I don’t see much of a difference.
Hey, don’t diss us tall gals! 5′10″ isn’t ridiculously tall, actually- and I happen to think that the tall, slender type is elegant. (This has nothing, NOTHING, to do with the fact that I am tall, if not particularly slender, myself.)
Ah well I like taller ladies myself, all for the curves I must say! Mandy Moore is so lovely, much better than the blond bimbo. Though that might be my taste, and I mean no offense to any blonde ladies out there, its…well she’s a awful example of what it means to have an IQ matching that of oh, say a goldfish.

…I do think her head looks oddly bigger in this pic, but I think she’s in towards the camera slightly as well, not to mention that most people are proportionately about 6 or 7 heads tall.
omg u guys are dumb… that is a fake pic of them. first of all, u can tell it doesnt look normal one side of the pic is bigger than the other. not just that but jessica s. is smiling and mandy isnt. thats why mandy looks bigger in the pic. it looks like someone did photo shop or just copy & pasted someones face on there.
Mandy Moore is statuesque and elegant, Jessica Simpson is short and stumpy. I think tall girls are attractive and so do a lot of my buddies.
she’s proportionate to her size. but simpson is like 5 feet tall, while moore is like 5′10. that’s good aight. im a girl at 17 im 6′1″, its better

OK, is there a second source for this photo out there, somewhere? A different angle, maybe? I remember this day – Jessica wasn’t getting enough attention, so when she went outside, she pretended to catch her heel in the grating, and did the whole “I’m a dumb blonde who just learned about screwball comedies!” fake falling shtick. It worked, because the paparazzi ate it up.
…not that the paps collective IQ is much higher than the aforementioned goldfish…
Mandy is a doll. And my $0.02 regarding her increase in bust size? It’s the angle. It is also actually an optical illusion – look at all of her chest – the area under where her shirt is unbuttoned. Not a lot of difference there. I am 5′6, 108 pounds, and looked completely preggers in a picture in which i was leaning against a friend. Just look at Ms. Moore again.
