First of all, would someone please remind me that Miley Cyrus is only 15? Because girlfriend sure doesn’t look like it. Second, help me make up my mind about her weekend look. Part of me loves this, but part of me thinks she (and her vast amounts of coinage) could do so much better.

she’s a kid and dressed appropriately for her age. and why should she be wasting all her money at this age looking all “done up” on the weekend…shouldn’t she be trying to save and spend responsibly? rihanna is broke now because trying to be a fashion maven 24/7. let her be a teenager…i’m just glad she isn’t looking as skanky as paris hilton was looking at 15.
