Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie looks absolutely amazing in this blue dress! Nicole attended the The 2008 UNICEF Holiday Snowflake Lighting yesterday, November 22nd, in Beverly Hills, CA.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden had the honor of flipping the switch to light up all of Rodeo Drive. It’s now officially the beginning of the Christmas season in Beverly Hills.

Nicole’s dress is just stunning. That color blue on her looks so great with her light skin tone. I also like the plunging neckline. She is showing a bit of cleavage but it doesn’t look trashy, like so many other celebrities tend to do.

The dress just hangs on Nicole Richie’s petite frame, but shows that she does have some curves. I also love the waistline, which sits right at the perfect spot.

She accessorized the blue dress with a bold black necklace, a thin bracelet on her wrist and a cross ankle bracelet. Not too much jewelry, but just perfect.

The lights may have lit up Rodeo Drive, but so did Nicole in that dress! Gorgeous, just gorgeous. One more picture of Nicole Richie below.

Actually, Nicole’s cross ‘ankle bracelet’ isn’t a bracelet; it’s a tattoo. I always get confused when I see it, though. It’s a very well done tattoo.
