Last night, January 25th, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, was the 2009 SAG Awards. One thing that I loved about the red carpet style last night was COLOR. There was so much color!
Unfortunately, some of the colors may have been great, but the style of dress was not. Here are my picks for 2009 SAG Award flops.
Emily Blunt – There is just nothing flattering about this dress. I wouldn’t like to see this dress on anyone. I don’t think the color is good for her either.
America Ferrera – I am a big fan of this gal. I think she is simply fabulous in “Ugly Bettyâ€, but this dress is simply un-fabulous. I can’t really say there is one thing that I like about this dress. I don’t like the color on her and that black sash draping across her chest just completely looks out of place!
Christina Appelgate – Hmmmm….where do I begin with this one. Hate the color, hate the style, hate that long necklace she is wearing. I think that about wraps it up.
Teri Hatcher – Teri, Teri, Teri…what have you worn my dear? This dress does nothing for Teri’s amazing figure. This girl has curves and she should be rockin’ them on that red carpet! This dress just swallows her up.
Okay, feel free to discuss, disagree, or whatever you would like to do!

I thought Katie Holmes’ stylist(s) did her a disservice. The dress probably looked great, but she did not look great in it!
I actually liked Teri’s dress. At least it’s eye-catching and interesting. I could see me in such a dress on my wedding day.
@Cynthia – I blog about Katie Holmes over at TomKatCrazy and everyone was annoyed that she didn’t wear a bra. I like the dress, but she should have worn those little stick on bras that don’t make you look nippy!
@Daisy – Teri’s dress was definitely eye-catching and interesting and everyone was talking about it the next day!
Thanks for the TomKatCrazy tip–You are one busy lady! Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who noticed X(
You’re welcome!
