Scarlet Pomers’ Bright Blue Flamenco Skirt

I don’t quite know why this taffeta-looking skirt is bothering me so much, but it might be Scarlet Pomers pose that says “Yeah, I’ wearing this ridiculous skirt and I don’t give a damn what you think about it.”
Maybe.
Or it could be the chunky shoes that are hiding under there. The purse that looks a little bit like a long haired guinea pig hanging from her wrist?
