I would hope that one day someone lets Rachel know just how tiny her head looked above so much taffeta and lace (the huge dangly earrings aren’t helping). The giant rose affixed on her chest is hideous and the way in which the skirt twists and frills out isn’t such a hot choice either.

Really I can’t think of anything endearing about this besides her adorable smile.

Sigh…oh fine, you get a pass on this enormous mistake, Rachel. But only because I would like to think that you will learn from this and some day find an outfit that lives up to your full potential. Just please – please – never wear anything this unfortunate again.

Shannon Elizabeth, who probably could have been slotted in among any number of “World’s Hottest” lists in the late 90s, looks like a greasy trainwreck here at the Nylon Magazine TV Issue Party. Between the bad eye makeup, flat roots and pinched smile, it’s hard to even recognize those pretty features that were once there. Top it all off with an outfit that might have been vaguely passable in 1997 but today looks like dogmeat…well, I am truly shocked and disappointed in everything I see here.

Though some bad outfits might have a saving grace that brings it all together, there is no such thing in this photo. Shannon, you are three quarters of the way to cougarville and you haven’t even hit 40 yet.

It is painful to see someone so gorgeous, innately stylish and unbelievably successful continue to shrink like this. Darling, a few more calories won’t kill you…but they will fill our your fabulous wardrobe with a few more womanly curves that maybe David has missed, hmmm?

We’re not talking thirty pounds here – just enough to get rid of the scary veins and sharpness in your cheeks…you are a legend, dear – we would like to see you around for quite some time so we can continue to be jealous of your beautiful clothes and ridiculously good looking husband.

Strolling through SoHo with new dark hair and a simple black dress, this is a big improvement from the heinous Herbal Essences photoshoot and months of bad clothes and even worse eyeshadow that ensued.

There is no kohl eyeliner here, just a simple swipe of a more subdued hue. Oh sure, the girl still looks tired and a little worn down on life. But that’s really no comparison to being a walking poster child of young Hollywood trainwrecks.

Curvier, well rested and (hopefully) not under the influence. We’re rooting for you Mischa – let’s hope this sober stint sticks.

But…

The high-waisted leather short-shorts? Really?

These I take slight issue with, Ash. They just seem a bit ambitious and a teensy bit slutty for daytime television. No one’s questioning whether or not your obviously very toned legs can handle the pressure, but why put them under such undo stress if you could instead choose something a little bit more presentable and still look ridiculously hot.

High-waisted short-shorts…I’m still baffled that you would make this decision. So, I’ll hold off on officially getting offended until I start to see evidence of further crimes against fashion common sense.

The minidress is perfectly tailored for her lovely figure and each accessory effortlessly fits into the ensemble as a whole. She looks happy – relaxed, comfortable and totally confident. Not something you typically see of young celebrities these days.

Yes, I can imagine Jamie-Lynn and I would get along just fine. Particularly because she doesn’t strike me as the type to give into disaster trends like parachute pants and denim rompers. The fact she makes it look so easy is why I can’t help but be irritated by other young celebs who just can’t seem to keep it together.

So what’s wrong with this picture?

Oh, that’s right. It’s the fact that it looks like her skirt is being weighed down by rocks and might fall to the ground at any second. The oversize t-shirt is compounding the droopy situation, but really it’s that skirt that is the focus of my concern.

Where you find fabric so determined to touch the ground, I don’t know. But I can’t believe that is any more comfortable to wear than it is flattering to look at.

But if this were the case, my advice would have been misguided. As much as I loved Marion’s luxurious waves, this chic new look for her is fantastic, working amazingly well with her face and style.

On top of the super cute haircut, I am in love with this wrap dress, which fits her perfectly and is the least boring take on beige I’ve seen in a long while. Marion might just develop into an international style icon at this rate.

At least, that’s my opinion. While I am not terribly fond of Miss Kardashian, I do think she looked far better with her naturally dark hair. This is just plastic, generic, and so not as flattering for her skin tone. She doesn’t look exotic anymore. She looks like every other girl trying to pretend she has some hope of being blonde.
