<p><strong>* Meal delivery -</strong> Everyone knows it&#8217;s rare for a new mother to have excess time to prepare healthful meals, so some celebs simply have them delivered. If a personal chef is not in your budget, check into a program like <a href="http://www.nutrifitonline.com">NutriFit</a> or something similar for pre-sized meals that keep you in your target calorie zone effortlessly.</p>
