When Claudia Schiffer started applying her eye makeup, did she get distracted by something and just forget to stop brushing on more eyeshadow for twenty minutes? Or did she hire the same makeup artist that Eva Green works with?
Either way, Claudia has a disaster going on around her eyes for the Graduate Fashion Week Gala Show and Awards in London…and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it other than grab a hose and blast it off her face. Maybe it is the flat sandals in combination with this dress that is making me loathe how Claudia Schiffer looks so much here. Jumping aboard the Dolce & Gabbana Cocktail party sporting a dress fit for a country western hoedown just makes me shake my head with disappointment.

I have nightmares about shoulder pads making a comeback.
It’s not completely clear to me why my fashion fears are centered so fully on shoulder pads, but the thought of women climbing the corporate ladder one shoulder pad and tapered pant leg at a time…terrifies me. And yet somehow the worst possible incarnation of shoulder pads made an appearance during the Dolce and Gabbana Fall 2009 Collection Fashion Show.
