Is this Miley Cyrus’s ‘chic high fashion pose’ attempt? The hair in the face, hunched shoulders and vapid pout…Yes, looks about right.
First with what is good here - I am glad her sixteen year old face hasn’t been heavily caked in over the top trannie makeup for the Elle magazine cover.
