Tops to Bottoms says that Bell Bottoms are Back and I completely agree! Someone else who agrees is Katie Holmes, who broke out the bell bottoms yesterday (December 30) as she headed to an evening performance of her play “All My Sonsâ€. She was accompanied by the always stylish Suri Cruise and husband Tom Cruise.
