Erm, Madge…I hate to be a downer, because honestly I’m just thrilled to see you back in something that isn’t a paparazzi candid where your face is 80% covered by a big floppy hat.
But…
Exactly how many hours went into airbrushing this image into the fake, soft as a baby’s bottom look you have going on right here in this Louis Vuitton ad?
Sure, everything is retouched these days. But honey, did they have to take everything edgy and appealing about you and your iconic self and erase it?

The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala Benefit Celebrating The Model as Muse (holy mouthful) isn’t something that I would like to dwell on here for very long. The women in attendance predominantly looked gorgeous – and those who did not were largely portraying parts in historical fashion history which may at times have made them easy targets…but no body likes an easy target.
