Cameron Diaz is on top of the world in her career and looking happier than ever in all the photos of her around town. But her dazzling smile hasn’t quite distracted me from the strange red and green accents on her ripped jeans. Now, the trend of ripped jeans itself…they are fine. They will do. I have no firm objections to a little fraying and tattering. But a big red patch up by your crotch?

Is it true? Can it be possible? Is Britney Spears actually settling into motherhood and showing up in public looking reasonably well dressed and…happy? Not drugged out happy (I hope) but legitimately “happy” happy?

So, the first thing I noticed about this photo was how ridiculously beautiful Gillian Anderson’s hair is. Seriously – why were they straightening it all that time she was on The X Files? What a waste! This is so much more flattering. This scares me on so many levels. When Janice Dickinson, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are all in the same location, the level of self involvement and vanity in the air is almost unbearable.
