Sometimes I find the wardrobe staff for Gossip Girl just utterly confusing.  Most of the time they are geniuses and are able to outfit Blaire and Serena in amazing designer pieces that are edgy, unique, and trendsetting…and other times they are just completely offensive with their display of scantily clad high school girls (yes I’m partially referring to Serena’s cleavage that was front and center for the second half of last season)!

Oh dear. This is certainly a far cry from the Taylor Momsen I called a truce with a mere month ago. At what point did Taylor Momsen fully embody Jenny Humphrey? I’m assuming it’s the haircut that sent her over the edge – but the red lips sealed the deal. Here, Momsen is showing off her upscale hipster stylings at the Carrera Vintage Sunglasses Launch. But something about her ensemble makes it plainly obvious that Jenny Humphrey’s stylist was not involved in Taylor’s look.
