Oh poor Shenae Grimes.  Her character Annie on the new 90210 has been struggling socially this season with a creepy boyfriend, bad clothes, greasy hair, and no friends.  She’s barely even on the show anymore since no one likes her.  We all love to see the rest of the 90210 girlies out and about looking gorgeous, so I just feel like Shenae Grimes needs to take it up a notch or risk becoming Annie in real life.  No one likes her on the show, and she is completely uninteresting in real life.

Sometimes I find the wardrobe staff for Gossip Girl just utterly confusing.  Most of the time they are geniuses and are able to outfit Blaire and Serena in amazing designer pieces that are edgy, unique, and trendsetting…and other times they are just completely offensive with their display of scantily clad high school girls (yes I’m partially referring to Serena’s cleavage that was front and center for the second half of last season)!

For some reason, every time I look at this photo of Mischa Barton, snapped in between takes while on the set of the Beautiful Life filming at the New York Supreme Court building, the R.E.M. song “Everybody Hurts” pops into my head. Indeed, after surprising all of us by looking like a normal twenty something last week, this is a step back into the sad, forlorn Mischa we had hoped was gone forever.

Is anyone else nervous for the daschund puppies Mischa Barton is holding at the Harrods Summer Sale?
It seems like the only way we’re ever going to see the old Mischa Barton who we used to love (okay, that might be overstating the truth…let’s call it a “civil non-hate”) is if black eyeliner and booze are removed from her life. Has Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester found a professional stylist/tanning mist expert to somehow create a look that only contains similar shades of bronze?
Why aren’t any colors incorporated into this? From her skin to her shoes, dress and hair, Leighton is almost completely one color. If she were laying in the sand, you might trip over her.
