Whitney Port Forgot Her Pants!

How embarrassing! The Hills star Whitney Port was spotted heading to a doctor’s appointment and she forgot her pants. That’s awful, just awful. Okay, we all know she didn’t forget her pants. She dressed like this *gasp* on purpose.
So, I am thinking that there are three possibilities here. A) This ‘dress’ is actually a shirt. B) She bought a really cute dress and it shrunk, but she couldn’t stand not to wear it at least once. She probably paid good money for it or C) It actually is a dress that is so short she has the world wondering where they heck her pants are!
There are times when showing a lot of leg works, like if you are rockin’ it in a sexy mini-skirt. Then, there are times like this that are just a disaster. What happens when she sits down? I am sure Whitney Port gave the patients in the waiting room an eye full.
