Taylor leaves Rachel Zoe

It’s official! After a topsy-turvy season of The Rachel Zoe Project, Taylor has made if official and will be leaving Camp Zoe. No word on where she’s headed, but the platinum blond tweeted yesterday evening saying, “Today is the end of an era and the beginning of a new professional chapter. Looking forward to what the future brings…!!!”

As happy as I am that Taylor is growing professionally, I must say I will miss her on Zoe Project. Where Rachel and Brad are both so “on” all of the time, Taylor is a nice dose of reality (and after all, it is a reality TV show) by grounding everyone. Rachel and Brad are loads of fun, but a super upbeat team doesn’t really make for good television. I think we were just getting to know Team Zoe as a family and with Rodger taking over, I was anticipating a fantastic season 3 (in my head, as Bravo hasn’t given in the green light). Now I forsee more drama with Brad trying to break in a new intern and things going haywire because Rachel’s right arm and rock, Taylor, isn’t there.
