The Fashion Show declares Reco “out”

As if the first season of The Fashion Show hasn’t been insane enough (constant appearances from fashion heavyweights, the oh-so-dramatic Merlin and the question that never goes away – why is Kelly Rowland hosting this thing?), last night the producers went nuts and threw something we never saw coming – an elimination. Reco was sent packing and while I am a fan of his work, his collection was not at all strong. Here’s video footage from the finale shot only two weeks ago.
What did you think of Reco’s collection? And the bigger question – who are you voting for?
Definitely Reco was robbed. His designs were cohesive. Unlike Anna. Why did they make a big deal out of her fan blue dress as if it were an original. LuAnn from project runway created that design. Remember her winning collection. Anna should have been booted for copying LuAnn. There was nothing innovative about Anna’s collection. Talk about seeing those designs. You can buy them at K-Mart. it was nothing new.
Kmart, I don’t think so. Anna will take it–they’re the practical alternative. Everyone can wear them. Reco white dress couldn’t even be walked in. He is very talented, but this last bunch was over the top.
