I like the slouch factor from this Alfani Rolled-Sleeves White Tunic. It looks very comfortable and chic at the same time. The D-ring buckle belt is removable is you would prefer a different belt, it’s ok too. I’d wear this with a black or pinstripe trouser and finish it off with heels. Wow that’s a cute shirt and great price. I don’t wear that much white, but this looks perfect for summer.
I have something very similar to this in a cream colour. It’s versatile and perfect for hiding flaws. Besides the pants you’ve mentioned, I think a pair of black dressy capris and wedge heels or a substantial black heel (not a skinny strap) would look really nice with it as well.
