Bargain Shopping : Black & White Floral Print Smocked Skirt

Did I tell you I went bargain shopping this past weekend? I did 
. We’re going on vacation early August so I’m making sure I have a few new items when we’re out and about around Virginia Beach area. First up is this Dolled Up by FANG black and white floral print smocked skirt. Yes it is a skirt. The smocked waist gives that top illusion which by the way is something I’ve thought about. BUT, my boobs digressed.. LOL.
This skirt used to be $35, I only paid $8.90. Can we say STEAL? I found it (among other things) at Goodys. Woohooo. I plan on wearing this with a simple tank top, or cami or one of those ‘beater shirts. Just something in solid color and form fitting.

This is a cute skirt. Again its white I see a trend here with white and smocking lol. I would also use this skirt as a top for maybe a cover up at the beach. Its versatile and so cheap. Go on girl I wish I could go shopping with you.

All I can say is thank goodness that is a skirt and not a top-At first glance I was wondering “where do you put the girls?” I mean would have them over-flowing the smocking or hiding under the smocking……..
