I saw this lovely Biographie Flutter Sleeve Tiered Floral Dress at Macy’s on sale for under $40. It’s really feminine with a cute and fun flair to it.
All the details are working together. There is the appliqued lace on the scoop neckline and empire waistline. The floral print and the tiered ruffles on the flowy bodice. Just like the Tiana B Floral Print dress, you can also wear this Biographie Flutter Sleeve Tiered Dress with a denim jacket, or a knit cardigan or a motorcycle dress for Fall. Wear it as it is for warmer weather. I think I’ll stick with pumps for Fall with tights underneath. Pick wedges, or gladiator flats during spring and summer.
