LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. I love the color and the detail around the bust but…for me, this would end up being more of a shirt. I could wear it with some cute leggings though.

I feel for you Dexie there must be an easier way for you to keep track of entries. But back to the dress love the color and the empire waist is good for girls who are more of an hour glass shape.

Actually that’s not true.
Hourglass figure means you have a defined waist. You shoulder and hips are the around the same width and you waist is smaller. Empire TENDS to make that shape look wider sometimes you can you look like you are pregnant; particularly if you are a busty hourglass.
Hourglass always looks better in things are close to your skin, that hugs your body, EMPHASIZES your curves and accentuates the hourglass silhouette.
