This ESPRIT Tie-Front Blouse has some of the feminine details that I love in a blouse. Let’s see, the lace detail in the pleated front is subtle yet stunning. The tie-neck details wouldn’t push my claustraphobia into gear. Compare to the Libertine Striped Bow Blouse from Target this ESPRIT blouse is a step higher. And it’s only $19.75.
