Eva La Rue from CSI Miami looked elegant in her black one shoulder dress at the "Making Magic Happen", Christopher and Dana Reeves 4th Annual Gala Foundation event. I found a one-shoulder dress version that’s under $100. Eva’s dress actually have some details on the neck and the waist but the Maggy London one-shoulder dress is just as elegant so I think you’ll like it too
