I love this Forever21 Blue Floral Printed Tube Dress. Isn’t it gorgeous? Spring, summer, beach cove-up, you name it. Love the floral print trim on the smocked bust and hem then the vines on the body as well. It’s only $17.80 so YAY! Such a bargain huh? It’s available in green too, just to let you know.
