How beautiful is this royal blue open shoulder top? The color alone is making me drool. As soon as I saw it, I was like, “OMGosh, I want it”. That open shoulder is very sexy. The flowy bodice is flattering. The smocked hem gives that a little ooomph into it. And Blue is my favorite color 
. I’d wear this with dark wash jeans and heels. Or maybe a short (not to short) denim skirt, tights underneath and knee-high boots. Ahhh, I want it. And I will have it. $22.80 from Forever21. But of course.
