Is this INC International Concepts Ruffled Ombre Halter dress gorgeous or what? Wait ’till you see the original price. It used to be $119 but is now on sale for $29.75. If you’re a size 10, 12, and 14, this is a fabulous deal. Plus it’s just pretty 
. I adore the ruffled hem with that purple color. Save it for next year’s Spring or Summer. Or wear it for the upcoming Holidays. Or as soon as you get it in the mail..LOL. My point is, it’s too pretty to say and such a good deal to say no .
