I’ve Gone Over To The Cropped Pants “Dark” Side

Oh MY Gosh, I wore a cropped trouser. Seriously, I couldn’t believe it myself either. Not to mention I actually like it. Hehe. I’ve been keeping an eye on a tan brown cropped trouser at the PX(military dept. store) for weeks now. I’m patiently waiting for the 75% off markdown, heh. But the other day I saw this black pair from Metro7 collection at Wal-Mart for on sale for $5. All of a sudden my cart did something magical and the cropped pants ended up inside it. Imagine that. My husband’s words yesterday, “you look good Babe, even with your weird-looking pants.” LOL!
It was a little windy yesterday and I knew we were going to be outside for our Church’s Veteran’s Day Flag dedication day so I brought this denim coat that I’ve had for years now to keep me warm. Here’s the breakdown of this whole ensemble :

Should I still get a tan brown cropped pants or should I just stop with this black one? I’m also looking for a white one and even contemplating on a plaid print one as well. What do you think?

I love this outfit. I didn’t think I would like cropped pants either(kinda reminded me of the old clam-diggers my auntie used to wear) but I have added them to my wardrobe as well and I am liking them very much.
