I love this navy blue double-breasted pea coat look on Jennifer Love Hewitt. The skinny jeans tucked inside the boots looks very chic on her. JLH’s pea coat is actually ruffled on the side. I couldn’t find one exactly like it but I sure found a blue double-breasted pea coat that I’m hoping you’d like as much as I do.

there is a coat EXACTLY like this on UrbanOutfitters.com, in EXACTLY that color. It is rather cute, and under $70 IIRC. Sorry I don’t have a link right now, I’m pressed for time!
