Karen Kane Bow-Tie Embroidered Top, Yay or Nay?

This Karen Kane bow-tie embroidered top is not making me jump up and down. I adore bow-tied blouses but only to a point. I like the embroidery details on the sleeves and hem but not the bow-tie on the bust. I think it would look more chic without it. With it on the other hand, it’s just too showy. Dare I say it, even matronly?.
What do you guys think, Yay or Nay on the Karen Kane bow-tie blouse? If you vote Yay and want to buy it, it’s on sale for $52.26 at Dillard’s.
