Kenneth Cole Reaction Puff-Sleeve Blouse on sale for $32. I love the open collar neckline and the puff 3/4 sleeves. The pleated bodice sure is flattering. I’d incorporate my skinny belts with this blouse. Either the black, red or yellow one. Oh, sizes comes in 4 to 14.

This is the perfect white tee in so many ways!
32 bucks is still a little too much for this though. I got a similar one to it for 20.

I like how it covers up the parts of the arms i find I need to tone the most. but it still gives u the look of a shorter sleeved blouse.
