I’ve avoided buying black jeans or trousers for years coz I just can’t stand those damn pesky lints all over ‘em after a visit from the washer. But, I’ve decided to bite the bullet one more time and buy black jeans after I saw one on sale at Steve and Barry’s for only $12.99. No, it’s not from the BITTEN by SJP line
. Just a regular Steve and Barry’s jeans. I haven’t worn this low-rise boot-cut jeans yet. I do plan on wearing it with one of my heels of course and the L.E.I floral halter-tube top sometime(and other tops). Now let’s hope those damn lints will leave my new jeans alone.

Two words, Dexie–lint roller! They are found at any discount store in the laundry aisle, just a roll of sticky tape on a handle. We have 1 dog and 6 kitties so we use them often.
I just scooped a similar pair of brand-new Steve & Barry’s jeans at the thrift for $5, and I’m liking them!
Lynne, see I don’t like the hassle..LOL. I don’t even like ironing. I spend too much time “styling” in my head that I can’t be bothered to deal with lints. I know, i’m hopeless
IT doesn’t look that bad.
I wash all of my clothing inside out…it works
I love black jeans-just hate it when they fade to that grey color.
Just be ready with a lint remover.
Well if you have no pets you should be good.
Low rises look great on you.
I love wearing jeans in winter.

I too like black jeans but i hate when they fade or black fades in general. looks so dull
i always have to wash them in cold water to prevent fading!
