The inspiration for this plaid and skinny jeans look came from my daughter. She just looked so cute in her plaid top with black leggings and flats outfit the other day. It almost made me want to wear leggings too, hehe. But if you’re like me who tries to avoid the leggings trend like a plague, skinny jeans or straight-cut jeans would do. I don’t mind leggings on children but I have issues on some grown Women wearing it, ALL THE TIME.
Anyhoo, this is my look for less version of plaid top and skinny jeans outfit.

I love those T-Strap platform pumps. It actually kind of reminds me of Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Pumps. Doesn’t it? Or maybe it’s just me. In any case, I hope you like this look for less plaid and skinny jeans ensemble. By the way, for the bag, I was thinking more of a CHANEL quilted shoulder bag but we’re going to a budget look so we just opted a tote from Forever21. However, if you have the Chanel shoulder bag, then go for it.
